Really interesting beer, first Messorem barrel aged offering. The first notes of cacao and vanilla with oak were delicious. Then the cherry arrives and lingers through the finish . It’s really great! but would be better (for me) without the cherry.

Je ne pensais pas que le rouge irait jusqu'à colorer la Stout d'un beau rouge vin. On le ressent également au goût. Pas trop sucré, le mix avec la barrique donne l'effet d'un Mon chéri version comestible.

Какао, вишневая косточка, сладкий портвейн. Очень плотно и согревающе, с терпкой и немного вяжущей нотой в конце. На самом финише, после многообразия вкусов остаётся немного минеральности и продолжительный благородный алкогольно-бочковой шлейф. Каеф!
