BELGPEGOR 2017: Dark, hoppy, Belgian, session ale
Yeast: Ardennes 3522 (WYEAST)
Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Kohatu, El Dorado
Brewed especially for Weekend of Darkness 2017 to help take the edge off all the other monster dark beers that are on show at the festival. Dark brown in colour, expect subtle roasty chewing gum on the palate with a smooth bitterness. The belgian yeast also combines with the hops to give a complex fruity aroma.
