Lots of apple, funk. Very good, has this "just one more sip" factor cranked up through the roof. 4.4ish range, maybe I'd rate it a little bit lower but I gotta appreciate the level of uniqueness & craftsmanship here 🍏

Au nez c’est super, en bouche ça l’est encore plus. Grosse pomme verte, funky, boisée, légère acidité et léger tannin. La rhubarbe est un peu plus en arrière-plan, mais tout de même perceptible.
