Midnight Forest Winter Ale

This Winter Ale is a tribute to Teddy Roosevelt, who signed a bill and designated many forests as protected public land, against the wishes of many at the time. Anyone who has gone for a hike after 1907 has him to thank. This beer came from the idea that beer doesn't have to be four ingredients, and can certainly incorporate spices not commonly used.

Special Ingredients: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Star Anise
Malts: 2-Row, Munich, Crystal 75, Amber, Chocolate Malt, Blackprinz
Hops: Brewer's Gold, US Golding
