Attractive, effervescent pour with a rose blush. Lightly tart, quite floral through mid-palate, and gentle Brett funk. Raspberry flavour has died away as predicted on the label. Everything else in proportion. Bottle 1291/2000.

Notes of sheep truck and agricultural machinery were being slung around on first taste of this. Not by me, mind you. I think it's really nice. Very effervescent and nicely tart. The cow shit in this is super mild.
