Not quite a tripel (lacks the molasses and candi and it's almost pink) but a lovely biscuit sweetness , really hides its 8.5% , fantastic balance and a very slight drying finish, in fact I prefer this to most tripels. Thanks @harry

Sweet grain aroma, yeast and honey notes. Taste is nice yeast funk, chewy grain and coriander, ends sharp and modestly dry. Nice sign of the alcohol, and not bad at all.
