Pale malt provides a solid base for a heavy dose of both Mosaic and Simcoe hops. Because Mosaic is a direct descendant of Simcoe, often called "The Daughter of Simcoe", these aromas compliment and compound each other's intensity. Specific aroma descriptors include pine, tangerine, grass, and passion fruit.
