Fucking meads man. The more I drink them the more I'm surprised. The OG pastry stouts. People should just be drinking these if they want that kinda thing. They're more balanced

Admittedly a bit stoked to try this...one of those members only bottles when I didn't have access. Nose is straight strawberry preserves, and flavor has a strawberry syrup quality. Sweet but doesn't go beyond what feels right. Moderately thick palate. Yum

Advent #10. For the second time, I struggle to pick up strawberry in mead. This was more like plums to me. It was interesting and good, but I think strawberries is just not my preferred fruit.
