WB-06 yeast made this beer so effing tart! But maybe just pretend this is a hybrid between Bavarian and Berliner, and it's all good. Bready.
Measured pH 3.7, which is low, like shandy-low. I always thought it seemed tart. Zero clove or banana. But an okay beer other than that.
