Measured pH 3.7, which is low, like shandy-low. I always thought it seemed tart. Zero clove or banana. But an okay beer other than that.

And now the version with 3638 yeast... about the same as WB-06, but without the odd tartness. Saltine crackers, low banana, very low clove.

WB-06 yeast made this beer so effing tart! But maybe just pretend this is a hybrid between Bavarian and Berliner, and it's all good. Bready.
