Zachary Wykoff: This is the perfect next step for an IPA drinker who wants something different so they can appreciate the wide variety of brew out there. I am used to the incredible brews from Schilling Beer Co. so my bar for Czech beers is exceedingly high.
Zachary Wykoff: However, Man Skirt and Chilton Mill have achieved this echelon with Talking Backwards. This is a Czech dark done right. It is full bodied with a pleasant malty, marshmallow nose and a deep roasty taste. All this while remaining light and sessionable.
