I guess you have to be careful opening this cuz țwo of the four cans I got exploded on me but whatever lol. Still a damn good beer that has held up very well. Cheers to Brasserie V with it closing tomorrow.

Going through some of the older beers in my cellar for the holidays. This has held up really well and still has some pepper notes lingering despite its age. I would like to try a barrel aged version of one of these at some point.

Damn this one is good. I can always dig a Russian Imperial and this one has been waiting to be cracked for awhile. Cinnamon, chocolate, and a touch of heat make this one of my favorites. I wish I had ten more cans 🍻
