In our collaboration with Brouwerij Van Steenberge, we always try to respect the following philosophy as a common thread throughout the process: Brewing as it should be, respecting the classic art but being open to a fresh and young twist.

This top-fermented blond beer with refermentation in the bottle is the pure definition of this. The result is a beer to say the least. Recognize it by its soft but rich taste. This beer is suitable for any occasion. The secondary fermentation in the bottle ensures an evolving taste pattern, if you drink it young (up to 3 months after bottling), then the fruity and hoppy taste is the main thing that stands out. After maturation, the taste becomes more pronounced and the color deeper. Enjoy it anytime.
