Pliable Process 003-02 HS16601

Pliable Process 003 was in partnership with our friends at Hopsteiner. They overnighted 4 brand new experimental hops immediately after kilning. We brewed 18 Barrels of hazy IPA and split the bulk amount off into a smaller kettle four separate times, allowing us to add one of the specific experimental hop varieties to a whirlpool. We then fermented and double dry-hopped each tank with the same experimental variety.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
