A completely unique experiment in brewing, Rousing Root is a crisp, medium-bodied lager that digs down deep and offers a refined maltiness with hints of sweet potatoes, sourced from Burnt Rock Farm in Huntington, Vermont. Hallertaur and Northern Brewer hops round out the brew, giving it a pleasant floral and spicy finish.

A crisp and refreshing lager brewed with sweet potatoes added directly to the mashkettle. A refined maltiness with hints of yams and squash from the generous addition of sweet potatoes. Hallertaur and Northern Brewer hops add a spicy, floral dynamic that compliments the deep orange malt body.
