This is interesting stuff. It's a blend of barrel-aged cyser (mead made of honey and apple) along with a BA barleywine. This shouldn't work at all but it sort of does? Like a cordial, tart plum, sweet, woody, nutty, caramel and toffee, plenty of booze.
