This year (2015) we’ve developed the Pow Wow recipe. We loved last years Pow Wow, however it seemed to divide opinion. Some really liked the bitterness and hoppiness of the ale, but for some the bitterness was too much. We like to make beer that the majority can enjoy. So this year we kept the hoppiness but reduced the bitterness. We did this to make it more sessionable for the majority rather than just the die hard mega-hop-fanatics.
