Uber carb. Brewing up a Wee Heavy. Void is way too malty and slightly boozy despite abv.
Mat: She's young. With repetition, the finer points of the brew are examplified. Excessive carb is a triviality & needs a further evaluation.

From 2am. Dense, young and overcarbed. I think it will age well but the ABV was spot on, so it reached full fermentation potential.

MORECARB but only on pour. Choc malt aroma. Lite body. Dig the smooth malt finish. Atypical of style. Fix the carb, people will come.

Carb test: slightly excessive but poured w/o issue. Little young. Dark roasty. Slight bitter+sweetness on finish.

Ages very well. Carb issue remains. Also, more molassass flavor than I'd like but lite bodied, so only lingers on flavor.
