Backyard Ale

From the archives. Settled out with a caramel/Vienna profile with a tang. Muddled dirty aroma and flavor. It's beer!

Uber carb. Honey aroma and flavor. Lil homebrewy but overall nice.

Little more than regular carb, which is a change from uber. Still an 'off' flavor but definitely beer. Transparent.

Heavy carb. Halftime, England v. Italy. Dirty middle and relatively malty but still a 3rd beer, never a 1st.

Uber carb. Slightly menthol aroma. Sweet finish. Pretty decent once you get over the carb.

Iron-tasting foam but a sweet middle with a twang at the end.

Malty and over carbonated but full flavored with a twang.

Strange aroma. Smooth and not so homebrewy. This beer took way to long to get decent. Still uber carb.

Because "Wednesday" and "they're not going to drink themselves."

Homebrewy aroma. High carbonation. Good flavor but finishes slightly homebrewy.

Uber carb but a decent beer once you get over that.

Oddly sweet for the brew. Goes great with almonds.

Good clarity, normal carb (surprise), earthy aroma, dirty middle, 4/10 bitter finish.

Slow pour to reduce foam, given the brew. Nice undertones of subtle hops but a decent hombrew-y red.

Careful pour on this guy and got decent clarity but better middle flavor than uber carbed.

Homebrew-y. A better second beer.

Sweet aroma. Strange for Cascade@10min. Maybe needed something closer to flame out.
