Certified Evil Aged in Chava Rum Barrels

Certified Evil is an undomesticated beast. A dark, ominous and oak aged creation. Its aggressive hops battle its massive malt profile. Flavor assaulting all those who bear witness. This limited edition version of Certified Evil has been aged in our own Chava rum barrels, from Cut Spike Distillery. Chava rum is a handcrafted distilled rum made of molasses and sugar cane and aged in Four Roses Bourbon barrels for 1 1/2 years. When these rum barrels were emptied they were filled within 24 hours with Certified Evil, as to not allow the barrels a chance to dry out, capturing the true essence of these barrels. Rich flavors of vanilla, caramel, and brown sugar and spice add to the complex flavors of Certified Evil. Show Less
