More layers than an Opera cake; sultana & prune vinegar up front followed by betadine throat gargle, smokey peat, aged oak, chargrilled Davidson plum and a presence of Brett yeast pungency. Difficult to balance flavours but they pulled it off!

Aroma: a bundle of preserved black rose petals smoulder over burning mineral clay deposits, barn aged gunpowder tea steeped in cherry fondant is sipped. Woody & full bodied. Flavor: medicinal laphroaig oat bandages, smoked mussel brine & ume plum liqueur.
