Night Falls (2017)

Once a year, we take the time to show our love for you, our friends and family. We started with our popular Night Falls Russian Imperial Stout and let it rest for a full year in Buffalo Trace 7-year Bourbon barrels. Yeah, you read that right. A. Full. Year.

The barrel time fills this beer with an even more rich and complex profile. Expect loads of boozy vanilla and toffee to mingle with roasted malt and dark fruits. As you drink this beer, we ask that you take some time to reflect on the memories we’ve shared and look forward to the good times to come.

It’s good now, but best aged until December 2017 or longer. Try to be patient. It’s worth the wait. Show Less
