A brew dedicated to one of our employees (Emily) who wouldn't stop until she had LTD produce a sour beer. This brew will provide an approachable tartness similar to a green apple and finish clean. A great introduction to sour beer for those who haven't tried one before.
How it was made - Using an active culture of lactobacillus, we soured the wort in the kettle bringing the pH down to 3.7. Afterwards we killed off any remaining cultures. This process allows LTD to keep all equipment free from the chance of turning new beer sour. Show Less
