The twenty-eighth warped offering in our Emily’s Dream series is one of the more "sour" sours we have done yet. Dark & deep red in color with a lighter body and bursting with fresh sweet cherries to help balance some of the tartness.

Like the others in the Emily’s Dream series, we kettle-sour the beer using our proprietary blend of lactobacillus delbrueckii. The addition of a $*it ton of fresh sweet cherry puree makes the beer as refreshing and complex as they come. It’s a lil’ bit sweet, a lot of a bit tart, and a whole lot of delicious.
