Father Frank: Episode V (Meiosis)

Why was the amoeba sad? His parents just split. And, speaking of splits…that’s exactly what we’ve done with Episode V of Father Frank. We took a batch of our beloved Saisondré and split it in half to highlight the significance of saccharomyces. Grain bill, kettle hops, and dry hop are all identical to the parent batch of Saisondré in Episode V but the difference is the yeast. We’ve used our typical IPA yeast for Episode V and you can really notice a difference! Citra and Chinook hold strong in each half of this dynamic duo but the yeast character truly shines and individualizes this brood of beverages.
