Project: AWTS (Annihilate the Wax Top Stash) continues. Rich chocolate malts with a good balance between the cherry, chocolate & tonka. Then the lingering peaty whiskey barrel mixes it up further. Not necessarily for the better though?

I’ve aged this for about 18 months the chocolate is still there the cherry is there just and then the tonka dose what tonka dose! Lovely beer
