Nachtrag vom 14.04. Wirklich überhaupt gar keine Kohlensäure, komplett flach. Macht das Trinkerlebnis nicht ganz so sexy. Holzige Noten (nasses, morsches Holz) und ebenso klar Kirsche (und zwar bevor ich wusste, was Griotte ist). Weder sauer noch trocken

Low carbonation but not quite flat, and not oxidized like the previous one, light and bright cherries dominate over a lightly tart and funky base. Probably better earlier, but still enjoyable.
