Black Is Beautiful

We put a little spin on this @weatheredsoulsbrewing collaboration by letting the finished beer rest on finely shredded coconut and cacao nibs. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result - it’s nothing short of a chocolate dipped macaroon. Big coconut with a hint of almond paste, bittersweet bakers chocolate on the finish. A thinner body and dry finish make this Imperial Stout drinkable year round.
