倒出至满杯的过程可令感官一振,有“时间的光泽”,泡沫持久不散。香气轻柔,果味迷人,有高级感,也勾勒出所谓的野性农舍空间。酸度中等偏弱,易饮,味型经典,结构小巧,不是特别的复杂与醇厚,又保持对味蕾的持续刺激,搭配肉菜适得其所。整瓶太大,分两次喝完,盖好了差别不大。

8/29/24 backlog. This is awesome and so sad Logsdon has running out of business. Excellent work of balance. Brett is great and not sharp. Layers of peach, apricot, stone fruit, peppery notes, slight lovely blanket/salami skin. Medium body and tart.
