Well… probably should enjoy this before it’s 8 years old. Lost it’s carbonation but can’t fault the beer for that.

Ahead 7 years and at first we thought it aged too much As not Brett acidic tartness an Pickering Spurs but as it warmed it was it was so much more acidic bright effervescent ripe beach ans so damn smooth. Worth the wait but maybe age 5 years drink 2016

Best by 4/2019. Peach is fading, but still nice and funky.

Lots of carb still. Peach is faded on the nose. Does not drink like 10%. Some peach up front, tart and oak on the back.

Another cellar dive. Bottle says “Best By Aug 2022.” Whoops. I don’t know, fully carbonated and still tasting pretty delicious to me.
