Pulled out both of my COVID meads this evening. I'm excited as this is drinkable (although almost no flavor 🙁). Great rosey color. Very smooth, a little fruity, though not sure I can pick blue berries. Warms on the way down but no burn!!!

Bottling day! Still young but not too bad. Light red in color, decent clarity. Fruity nose. Dry up front with a fruity/candy finish. Nice mouth feel and warms on the way down. All in all pretty drinkable. I look forward to revisit after some time.
