Go Bananzas!

Holy Banana! This is one of the wildest beers our R&D group has ever come up with. Go Bananzas! is a Milkshake Hefeweizen. You heard us right, a Milkshake HEFEWEIZEN.. not a combo you see very often in the craft beer world. But we promise, this is a very a-peel-ing new beer style that will knock you off your feet.

This brew leaves no shortage of banana aroma and flavor, from ingredients all the way to taste. Made with Bananza Yeast, this strain is from the traditional Hefeweizen but does not produce clove-like flavors, only producing the banana esters we all love from Hefeweizens. We also added some extra banana and curuba (banana passionfruit) puree, making this brew very banana-forward.

It pours beautifully thick with lactose providing that milkshake-like quality, but is surprisingly light and sweet with the added vanilla and purees. Even for people on the fence about banana flavors, it is smooth, approachable, and balanced. Show Less
