A railway sleeper is not only a rectangular support for the rails in railroad tracks, generally laid perpendicular to the rails. It’s also a LOC Brewery India Pale Ale with pine influences. We figured we would brew an IPA that is not filled with tropical fruit characteristics, for a change. So we loaded this IPA full with piney hops. And we have to say this is one darn piney IPA, it almost makes us feel like wood chucks. By the way, how much wood could a wood chuck chuck if a woodchuck couldn’t chuck wood?
