Our flagship IPA has seen many reincarnations in its lifetime all with the same intention of making an easy drinking lower abv IPA. We’ve dialled it up and dialled it in to be softer and fuller with a peach and tangelo fruit profile.
From its thick pillowy head expect aromas of peach, oranges and a hint of sappy pine. Simcoe leads in our house IPA backed up with peachy esters from London ale iii yeast and citrus undertones from the Cascade and Waimea. Show Less
