Cider tonight from the ever brilliant Little Pomona. When they say this is pure, it is wonderfully pure. Pure delicious, pure balance, pure delight. Personally I get baked apple strudel on the palate. Just tons of bruised apple, vanilla and pastry. PURE!!

Kiwi fruit, white grapes, touch of aniseed and mint, and a hint of pistachio nut on the nose. Juicy acid in the mouth with some soft astringency. Quite vinous. Delicious and very refreshing.
