My first perry-quette! I don't think these are my thing, but it's always neat that people are doing new stuff with cider. Taste is water with a smack of rotten pear, not saying that with any judgment, I know how maceration works.

Aroma is quite invigorating, with bone dry grape skins, light funk, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is bone dry, with subtle grape skins, bone dry grape skins, and a tiny hint of funk. Not a hugely complex, but it's drinkable.
