2018vintage. 揺らしたつもりはないのだが､開栓時に泡が吹き出てきた。おお、強烈。ブルーチーズと枯れた芝のようにfunky。リンゴ自体はドライ。あれだけ泡が吹き出たのに、サイダーの中の炭酸は弱いのが不思議。

7/11。すぐ鼻を抜けていくDabinettのリンゴの香りだが、主張は控えめで穏やか。ややカーボネーションが強めな印象。舌の上で転がしていると、リンゴの甘みが徐々に引き出されていく。美味しい。

Just lovely. Has a funky note, but almost a tiny hint of smokiness, smooth and made a good accompaniment to moules for supper
