Little Joe II

Little Joe II is our Hoppy Pilsner brewed with a traditional Pilsner grain bill, step mash process, and lager yeast, but hit with heavy doses of Nelson Sauvin hops in the Whirlpool followed by Strata in the dry-hop. This gives an otherwise traditional Pilsner a hoppy kick on both the flavor and aroma. Strata starts it off with a dank strawberry aroma followed by the Nelson which provides a white grape flavor.

Little Joe II, an American rocket used from 1963-1966, was the smallest of four launch rockets used in the Apollo program. Its purpose was to ensure the safety of the astronauts by testing the launch escape and earth landing systems. Show Less
