Kirby's Kölsch

We finally gave our resident brew-pug Kirby a chance to brew her very own beer!
Of course, she chose to brew a super traditional Kolsch. Move over Sleepy Bee,
there's no honey in this one - just plenty of noble hop aroma on top of a pure
Kolsch malt backbone and slight frutiness from the yeast. Clean, crisp, and
refreshing... you can almost hear the church bells of Cologne ringing when you
take a sip. Grab a glass and put a Kirby on your lap! Prost!
