Brütale Malus

What happens when the man, the myth, the legendary Ron Sansone of Spoke&Spy Ciderworks over in Middletown shows up at your brewery with 40 gallons of Northern Spy apple juice? You throw it into a fermentor with a bunch of wort, some Belgian yeast, grains of paradise, and sweet orange peel…then sit back, relax, and let the magic happen. This brut of a graff (aka ale-cider lovechild) is bone dry, with strong apple aroma and cider flavor, but still deliciously refreshing in this muggy weather. We wouldn’t change a thing.
