Best way to present cinnamon in a barrel aged stout is to not let it feel too dry. LC nailed it.

I’d like to try the base beer because there seemed like some nice upside to it. However, this was cinnamon challenge. Couldn’t do it.

Hard to overstate just how much better this is than the base beer and how well the cinnamon is integrated. It pairs with the oak so perfectly that I would think it was conditioned on vanilla if tasting blind. Builds the sweetness before finishing very dry
