Litany of Lies: Lie #9

When a brewer who hates hazy beers makes two in a row (check out Panic Buy (Jade Sauvin) if you haven't already) then you know weirdness abounds. This latest in the Litany of Lies series combines all that is good about West Coast IPA - the dank, bitter, and resinous hop profile of a new hop blend called Trident - with some attributes of the New England IPA - the softer, creamier mouthfeel, and the unfiltered hazy appearance. This is a result of our use of the new Verdant IPA yeast from Lallemand, and the heavy dry-hopping with said Trident hops. Expect some stonefruit - apricot, peach - up front, followed by subtle strawberry and pineapple rind. This beer will develop over a couple of months so keep trying it! #SoldMySoul Show Less
