Smell is a bit weird (rubber and oil?) but the taste is really good. Tart, acidic, oaky, funky, attic mustiness. Alll the good lambic flavors. Well done for an AmLam.

Slab Cuvèe. Nice thick head with a clean look. Dank wild sour sock smell. Wild sour taste with some sugar and missing some tasty horse blanket into a musty sour finish. Actually great to authentic amlam style, but not as good as the true lambics.
