Innbydende aroma. Smaksrik og fruktig, fine kirsebærtoner. Mild og snill syrlighet, men det er da noen småstikk der. Nok så vinøs (naturlig nok) og temmelig tørr. Kompleks. Lang hale. En god og annerledes sak fra Lindheim.
