India Pale Ale is a light beer of top fermentation with strong distinctive hops taste and flavor. This is a popular type of beer among americal craft breweries. IPA was created in England in the XIX century. It was brewed for soldiers in India, which was a colony of the British Empire at that time. Large amount of hops allowed the drink to stay fresh during a sea transportation, which could last up to half a year.
Lidskoe IPA is brewed with addition of Hallertau Saphir, Perle, Comet, Mosaic, Ella hops brands. They contribute to the prominent bitterness in the taste and add a pleasant fruit flavor to the drink. Due to Pale Ale and Crystal malts the beer has its dark amber color and malt notes in its taste.
