香りはアップルパイ、飲んでもアップルパイ。りんごは入ってないけど、バニラ、ココナッツ、乳糖も入ってて完全にパイ。)確かに木の香りという意味ではシナモンも木だけど……主張はめちゃくちゃ強い。ホップの香りや甘みが強くないとこのシナモンは支えきれないから、トリプルIPAになったのかなという感じ。回数を重ねると、シナモンの香りが広がるのが癖になっていく。
