Le Tigre

Lemon zest and bright grapefruit notes from late kettle & dry hop additions of Amarillo sing a refreshing song alongside bubble gum and clove on the nose. The flavor of this beer comes from a combination of El Dorado hops and a controlled Belgian yeast ferment that gives impressions of citrus pith, sweet orange, and apricots, all of which are encapsulated by peppery phenols with a slight biscuity, dry finish. This is one of our favorite styles to play with here at O’so, so drink up! We’ll be sure to make more!
