Buvabilité et complexité grâce au travail fumé et sauvage sur petit degré. Un fumé élaboré, sobre et naturel jamais bu et donc agréable par le combo fumé du malt (pas charcut) et tourbé du fut. La Brett légère enrichit une bière qui nous emmène en balade.
