Orange Sangria is a refreshing, juicy blend of three different fermentations. First we ferment local honey and blueberry juice to make a semi-dry wine. Then we ferment a blackberry infused blend of barley malts with lactobacillus to create a very tart beer component. Finally, to tie the whole mix together, we created an American Style wheat ale fermented with a clean dry American Ale yeast. These three components are blended in just the right proportions and dry-spiced with orange peel to create a juicy, smooth, refreshing cooler that you can enjoy anytime of the year.
