It was brewed as a “quad” in mid-2019, but a unique opportunity presented itself soon after brew day in the form of several hundred pounds of extraordinary Washington-grown plums and Pluots (plum-apricot hybrid)… so we jumped to the next level of excitement and barreled the actively fermenting brew over a core of whole, fresh Pluots and Elephant Heart plums from Fardell Farms (Entiat, WA).
