Clear amber pour with an off white head. Carb. bubbles rising in glass. Barrel aroma, with apricot, & caramel hints. Boozy apricot flavor, yet mellow, not sour. Caramel, toffee, from the barrel. There is very little burn, more bubbly. Very interesting.
